One of the Biggest Stars of Native Horse is Akiywa my rescued wild horse. If you pay close attention to many of the scenes in Native Horse you will notice that Adam Joaquin Gonzalez, Rebekah Rogers Coulter & James Anaquad are riding Akiywa. Akiywa was rounded up and removed out of the Battle Mountain Heard Management area in Northern Nevada, he was roughly five years of age when I received him. He was by far our most reliable solid horse in the filming of Native Horse. In 2012 we showed our international award winning documentary film Wild Horses & Renegade (which was voted by Blog Critics as one of the Top Ten Overlooked Film Gems of 2011) at the Artivist Film Festival in Hollywood. Saginaw attended the screening in full support of the films powerful investigative message exposing the corruption within the Bureau of Land Management and their Multi-National corporate accomplice’s. 
After the screening Saginaw pulled me aside and expressed his feelings regarding the importance of the film “you need to keep bringing this story forward Jim, stay strong, your doing very import work”. To have Saginaw’s blessing and spiritual guidance was so empowering. At that time I was tagged by the government as a potential eco-terrorist and was under deep surveillance for exposing government/corporate crimes. This would later be revealed in my Federal court case Kleinert vs. Bureau of Land Management. Federal Judge Bates (also sits on the FISA court) strongly admonishes the BLM for its improper FOIA withholdings; it is clearly revealed that the BLM was working to thwart Kleinert’s investigative documentary. The case has set important precedent for future public records and legal proceedings with the BLM, helping citizens, western public land issues, and upholding the right of the public to full disclosure and Truth! Rebuttal to New York Time Article – By  James Anaquad Kleinert

To whom it may concern,
I’m writing in response to Rep. Chris Stewart OpEd titled “The Hard Truth About the West’s Wild Horse Problem” found at https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/25/opinion/wild-west-horses.
In his OpEd, Rep. Stewart deceived your readers by implying there was a 41% increase in the American wild horse & burro population in a 5 month timespan, and by displaying a photo of one thin horse in order to claim that most of the wild horse population on the range are starving or dying from dehydration!
